Richard’s primary focus since becoming an Attorney has been helping those who have been injured. Richard takes pride in being able to bring a deep understanding of the complexities involved in helping those in need. His strategic approach and ability to navigate intricate and complex legal landscapes have resulted in numerous successful outcomes for his clients. It is this same knowledge and skill set that allows him to flourish against insurance companies who relish taking advantage of the so called “underdogs.” Richard strives to always give each client a better and stronger footing against the billion-dollar insurance industry.

Richard goes to great lengths for his clients and understands the importance of good representation. His greatest achievement, however, is not simply the million-dollar victories. Rather, as Richard puts it:
